To align with our small business policies, all sales pertaining to skincare products, services, and service packages are final.


Skincare Products

All product sales are final. Oregon Glow is not responsible for any allergic reactions to an unknown allergen. If you have concerns about ingredients or sensitivities, please reach out prior to purchase at oregonglowlb@gmail.com for full ingredient details or recommendations.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to make things right.


Service Packages

Service packages are offered at a discounted rate to support client consistency and long-term skin results. Because of this built-in discount and the scheduling flexibility provided, package sales are non-refundable.

Before purchasing a package, please review my current studio hours to ensure they align with your schedule and availability.

Each package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you’re unable to use your package within that time, it can be transferred to a friend or family member by request. Please email oregonglowlb@gmail.com to arrange the transfer or discuss any questions about your package.
