Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oregon Glow.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to the holidays (October-December) most products arrive within 21 days. If you haven't received your order within that timeframe, please email oregonglowlb@gmail.com.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are only currently shipping within the United States + Canada at this time. Please email oregonglowlb@gmail.com for assistance with shipping to Canada.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24-48 business hours of processing your order.
Oregonglow.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged & Lost Shipping
Oregon Glow is not liable for any products damaged, missing, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges regardless of circumstance. If an item is defective or broken, please email oregonglowlb@gmail.com with videos/pictures so we may contact the company, however, we cannot guarantee they will be able to assist. Oregon Glow cannot be held responsible for any defective or broken items.
If your shipment is missing or lost, there is nothing that Oregon Glow can do once it has left our facility. Oregon Glow cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. Please contact the selected carrier (USPS) for assistance and/or to submit a claim.
